Intentional Women of Substance is a Christian community of women — single and married — committed to improving their lives spiritually, physically and emotionally as they follow God. We pray together, learn together, laugh together and build wisely, one intentional day at a time.

Standing together in prayer for women, their families and the prayer requests brought before us.

Book Review
Learning and growing through inspirational and educational books.
Wednesday
Fasting & Prayer
Prayer watches at 6am, 9am, 12 noon and 3pm, followed by the 6pm prayer meeting.
Thursday
Book Review
Continuing our intentional journey of learning and personal development.
Friday
Bible Study
Interactive, thought-provoking and enjoyable study of God's Word, 6pm – 7pm.
Saturday
Tongues of Fire
Every second and third Saturday of the month, 6am – 7am.

WOS gathers daily across four WhatsApp communities and one general Telegram community, where women pray, learn, study the Word, fellowship and encourage one another through every season.
Our platform links are shared privately once a group leader welcomes you in, so our spaces stay safe, focused and full of grace.
